Privacy Policy
Who we are
Diagnosis Hub is operated by the legal entity responsible for this service. Its name, commercial registration details, and the medical licence it operates under will be published here once the registration and licensing process with the relevant Egyptian authorities is complete. That entity is the data controller for the purposes of Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.
What this website collects
This website has no forms and no input fields. It does not ask for your name, your phone number, or any information about your health. [Awaiting a client decision: will analytics such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel be enabled? If they are, technical data including IP address, device type and pages viewed is collected. That is personal data under the law, and this section must describe it along with the consent mechanism.]
What this website does not collect
This website collects no health data. There is no symptom form, no booking form, no mailing list, and no way to send us anything about your condition through these pages. Health data is sensitive personal data under Law 151 of 2020 and carries stricter obligations. The absence of forms is a deliberate decision, not an oversight.
WhatsApp conversations
The only way to start contact from this website is to open a WhatsApp conversation. When you tap any WhatsApp button your browser hands you to WhatsApp, and what you write there is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy and terms. Whatever you send us inside WhatsApp, we receive and hold as your service provider. [Awaiting legal counsel: describe that processing, its lawful basis, and how long it is retained.]
Lawful basis for processing
[Awaiting legal counsel: the lawful basis for each processing purpose. The law requires consent for sensitive data to be explicit, written, specific, given in Arabic, and separate from both this policy and the terms.]
Transfers outside Egypt
This website is hosted on infrastructure outside Egypt, which means page requests — including IP addresses — are processed abroad. The same applies to any analytics enabled later. [Awaiting legal counsel: the lawful basis for cross-border transfer — approval from the Personal Data Protection Centre, the data subject's explicit consent, or an equivalent level of protection in the receiving country — and the safeguards applied.]
How long we keep data
[Awaiting client and legal counsel: a stated period for each category of data. "As long as necessary" is not a period and will not do.]
Your rights
Law 151 of 2020 gives you the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent where you have given it. [Awaiting legal counsel: how these rights are exercised, the response deadline, and how a requester's identity is verified.]
Data breach notification
[Awaiting legal counsel: the notification commitment. The Executive Regulations require notice to the Personal Data Protection Centre within 72 hours, and notice to affected individuals within three working days of that.]
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, contact us first via WhatsApp at +20 151 522 9548. You also have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Centre.
Changes to this policy
[Awaiting legal counsel: how users are told about changes and from what date they take effect.] Last updated: to be set once this text is approved by legal counsel and the client
